The genesis of this project stems from a profound desire to delve into techniques and skills that express visual versatility, all through the lens of letters as tangible objects and their interaction with the physical properties surrounding us.
From day one of the challenge, our team set out to infuse our collective personality into the project. This led to spirited discussions on the significance of the tactile expression of typography in the real world, prompting us to create not only a visually rich project brimming with color and texture but also a series of applications expanding its applicability across physical and digital realms.
"36 Days of Typography" is typically an individual endeavor undertaken by people around the globe. In this instance, however, our aim was to experiment and elevate our collaborative perception of lettering to new heights. This project serves as a compilation of 36 days of experimentation, laughter, textures, lettering, and moments of friendship as we learned and grew together each day. At the end we created a total of 36 letters (including numbers), each of them with two variations. Project made in collaboration with David Bonilla
