Pride Together is an internal Airbnb campaign created to celebrate Pride and the diversity of its employees. The goal was to develop a vibrant and expressive look and feel that could bring the celebration to life across different moments, spaces, and touchpoints within the company.

At the heart of the visual identity, we created a custom lettering piece that became the campaign’s key visual. Bold, joyful, and full of personality, the lettering captures the spirit of Pride while reinforcing the idea of coming together and celebrating individuality as a community.

The key visual became the foundation for a flexible visual system, extending across merchandise, digital wallpapers, and decorative elements throughout Airbnb’s offices. This allowed the campaign to move seamlessly between physical and digital spaces while maintaining a recognizable and cohesive identity.

More than a graphic element, the lettering became a shared expression of Pride Together — transforming the workplace into a space for visibility, celebration, and belonging.
