And only after the inconvenience can they finally find out if the new network will work for them. T-Mobile is fixing all that. T-Mobile Easy Switch is a simple new way to switch your phone or your entire family – up to five lines via the app – to T-Mobile without calling or making a trip to a store.

The project’s objective was to craft 15 flat and minimalist illustrations capturing various phases of the transition process, all while exuding diversity, vibrancy, and a sense of whimsy in both characters and depicted scenarios. Our aim was to infuse each moment within the app with a contagious energy, ensuring that users engage with delight and anticipation at every turn.
